Privacy Policy¶
Last updated: May 2026
1. Who we are¶
The AI Project Blueprint is operated by Frederik Vannieuwenhuyse. Contact: frederik.vannieuwenhuyse@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect¶
2.1 Website analytics (Plausible)¶
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Plausible is a privacy-friendly analytics service that:
- Does not use cookies
- Does not collect personal data (no IP addresses, no device fingerprints)
- Does not track visitors across sites or devices
- Aggregates all data at the page level
Data collected: page URL, HTTP referrer, browser type, device type, operating system, country, and screen size. All data is anonymised and aggregated.
2.2 Lead submissions (Formspree)¶
When you submit a lead form (e.g. to download the PDF), we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your organisation (if provided)
- Your message (if provided)
This data is sent via Formspree to our email inbox. Formspree processes this data on our behalf as a data processor. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry.
2.3 MCP server analytics¶
Our MCP (Model Context Protocol) server logs tool call metadata locally:
- Tool name invoked
- Timestamp of the call
- Success or failure status
- Response time (milliseconds)
- Error message (if the call failed)
This data is stored in a local SQLite database and is used exclusively for product improvement — understanding which tools are used most and which encounter errors. No personal data is collected through this mechanism.
3. Legal basis¶
We process your data on the following legal bases under GDPR:
- Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)): for website analytics to improve our site
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): for lead submissions — by submitting the form, you consent to us processing your data to respond to your inquiry
4. Data retention¶
- Plausible analytics: Data is retained for 24 months
- Lead submissions: Stored in our email inbox until no longer needed for the purpose of responding to your inquiry
- MCP analytics: Retained indefinitely for product improvement, aggregated and anonymised
5. Data sharing¶
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Plausible (analytics processor) — see their privacy policy
- Formspree (form processor) — see their privacy policy
6. Your rights¶
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict processing
- Data portability
- Object to processing
To exercise these rights, contact us at frederik.vannieuwenhuyse@gmail.com.
7. Complaints¶
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
